Hi Guys!

I have decided to go for the Sachs Clutch in the end! Does anyone know of a cheap place to get them from?

If you as you wrote in the previous reply opted for the Sachs uprated but with the DMF i think you will be happy as it's the best of both worlds  :drinking:
Remember to keep us informed on how you find it, as not many has opted for this solution.
A friend of mine has the same setup fitted to his A4 2,0 TFSI yesterday and his initial impression is the pedal feel is lighter than stock

The Sachs setup is certainly not lighter than stock, that would defeat the point as the reason for O.E slip is mostly due too poor spring clamping pressure AFAIK.

To be fair you do get used to it and they do feel quite stock to the owner but in heavy traffic it does start to put a little strain on the leg. Try another car and the clutch feels like sponge in comparison. I love mine and am certainly pleased I got an updated clutch.
