I am very intersted in what others have ended up settling for regarding ride heights.
The simplest way of being consistent I have found in the past is to measure from the wheel center to the arch lip, verticaly above.
A standard Pirelli is 360F and 357R. (The best way of being consistent is to park on a flatish carpark and measure both sides then average, better again turn around and park and repeat)
Theo is running 328F, 312R. I am now running 335F, 318R and thinking of lifting the rear a little more (Feels like I am running out of travel). Red robin 330F, 325R
I am currently on Bilstein PSS9 setting 4F and 4R, Neuspeed ARB's, whiteline. I will be experimenting again this weekend.
