I installed it earlier today and so far I'm really liking it.  I know Carl has been experimenting, just wondering if anyone else is using it.

There are a couple of compatibility issues for me so far -

Time Machine won't run on a NAS drive.
Parallels doesn't seem to want to work.

Hopefully they'll be ironed out in time for the public release.

Other issues I've found

iPhoto can be a bit Laggy.
Don't install as sole operating system as I found (apart from not being able to run parallels) I got the spinning beach ball a few times. Trying to go back to Snow Leopard is then a bit of a problem and you have to force it to boot from the Snow Leopard DVD to enable disk utility to format the drive and reinstall SL.

Really like some of the new features though. Launchpad is quite cool :happy2:

The new mail program seems smooth and so far Safari has been better too.

I like some of the new animations too especially when clicking reply to an email.

Mail is great especially now as Emoticons are shown instead of ?? Or small squares. The interface is a lot cleaner too.
Safari seems to be quicker
Launch time of apps seems to be quicker too.
