LED slightly misting

bugger!!
i noticed this as i walked away from the car- i seem to have some slight misting in one of my LED rears.
they were from the fave german guy alot of guys on here have used.
anyone got any ideas on my first move with this little problem.

I would take the unit off and check the seals (did you dismantle to switch the fog and reverse light?

Then I would bring the unit into the warmth of your house to dry it out -check/re-seal anywhere it has been dismantled put it back on and see how you go.

Mine have misted up a bit from time to time. They have a small vent hole in the lens if you look closely, so I've not been too worried about it.
'57 DSG GTI alas now gone, but not forgotten....
Now motorway cruising in a 61 Mondeo Titanium X Sport 2.2 TDCi. 500+ miles to a tankful and bucketloads of torque :O Ok, it's not a GTI but it's fun... and that's what counts ;)

EDIT- the misting has gone- but ill be watching and worrying for next few weeks now!!

Mine does the same, had it off a few times to check it, try and make the seal better but had no luck. But then again, nothing goes right with my car anyway so it doesnt suprise me :sad1:
