The clue was right in front of us! he is getting a modded and painted up engine cover! With the carbon strip to replace you FSI one!

....As my bonnet is carbonfibre it'll be easy to cut out a window  :grin:

I'll write up a How-to in the thread I already have in that section on the Evoms cover. Though I don't know anyone else with an OSIR carbon centre strip to modify if they wanted to. I was going for an OEM-Plus look but perhaps it's kind of OEM-PlusPlus.

....I did, but I modified it by cutting out a recess and flush fitting this:

The design idea was mine but my very very good friend Dan at BIALI HQ did ALL the work and added his expertise in the detail.
