the sensor part number is 1K0 959 126 B and they call it a thrust sensor and the O ring is part number 3D0 260 749 C and called a sealing washer  :happy2:

^ On my invoice is shows as  1K0 959 126 D... just make sure its the latest part revision!

sorry should have added that my part number list is a little old now :sad1: the dealer will only supply the most up to date revision

Sorry for resurrecting an ancient thread, I have the same inoperative aircon problem, would a faulty high pressure switch throw a fault code up on Vagcom?

What is the symptom of one of these failing? I have intermittent aircon but no fault codes and gas is ok.

My high pressure switch is faulty. All of the gas has leaked out so no cooling and all of the other symptoms that come with having no pressure or gas in the system.
