^^^This. If you do something illegal, like speeding at 60mph in a 30mph, and then post about it, it can (and in the past, has) been used as evidence in a court of law.
If you had said:
I was going a little faster than I should have, got followed by plain-clothes police who pulled me and told me off instead of a fine and points. I think I've been very lucky - this would appear less reckless and foolish than what you posted.
