Is it raining where you are? If so, check your door seals for leaks, may be a slight drip setting off the motion sensors.

You can disable the interior sensors by pressing the small button on the drivers door pillar located just up from floor pan level.

Could it be a faulty alarm sounder?  I had an Astra with a faulty sounder which used to go off just whenever it blinkin' liked whether the car was locked or not.

Hi
You really need someone with Vag-Com to see what is setting the alarm off. As a short term measure to lock the car without the alarm. have the passenger door open and press the anti hijack lock button on the drivers door when you shut the passenger door it will lock.

Make sure the bonnet is closed properly.  You can also short the two pin plug to the bonnet catch to rule it out.

How's the battery life been recently? Low voltage in the battry can set it off (very common) check the rear boot lock too
