Wonder if that officer does even exist? If he does then it shows the state the country is in, in so much as there is that much work needs doing.
I work with one chap who managed £17k 2 years ago, and that was working every football match, and operation available, though the Superintendant blacklisted him last year and banned him from doing anymore.
