doesnt sound like a tyre noise mate, its more a noise as if there is a problem but the only thing thats been changed is the wheels. its a hard noise to explain. is there anything that could cause a problem when changing over wheels?

Could be a wheel bearing, a dislodged pad or many other things

I'd try swopping the wheels back and see if it goes away - tyres can cause the strangest of noises.
