One of my mates has one. Fantastic cars and great to drive. His is currently running Revo 2 but he is now thinking about going BT on it. Means he can get to the salon quicker  :P

Fuel depends how you drive it but his returns about the same as my 2+ Ed30!

How strange, i asked about these a few weeks ago! Im still looking for one. Have a small car park dent to get removed from my Edition 30 then ill be properly hunting
They are mega cars, love the seats and whole driving experience. Really planted little cars with good power.

Ha ha! ^

The TT does have a couple of flaws, the screen is tiny and quite far away, so along with the black headlining it can feel a bit claustrophobic and is if you’re driving looking through a letterbox. The steering also suffers from the God awful MKIV trait of feeling like it is connected by elastic bands, this is down to the massive rear wishbone bush. Early TTs had the holy grail of wishbones, but a few lawsuits soon saw them swapped to a 'safer' version. You can replicate them with DEFCON inserts.. does pretty much the same as WALK and improves feel and turn in/grip tenfold.

Try a few other cars first too, just to see what you think.

350Z, Z4 and maybe an old shape Boxster - 6 pots and RWD really do make a sportscar.

im going to test drive a Z4 convertible with a 2.5 engine, but the TT looks more practical with a bigger boot, but we shall see now just need to sell my golf, its in the forsale section and on piston heads :)

I test drove the Z4 with the 2.5l lump

Cant say I was overly impressed with its performance in comparison to the the 3.0l lump. A bit sluggish and didnt have the 'go go go' I was looking for.

Yeah, you want the 3.0 and if it seems skittish, check to see if they've kept it on runflats? If so, ditch them immediately.

Every person Ive spoken to who has owned a Z4 and peoples views on the internet ALL say how truly terribly AWFUL the gearbox is in the Z4.

Good call.

Some say the handling is a bit wayward, but then everything has its downsides and I'm sure it's just a tweak?

My mate had a Z4 softtop with the 2.5V6 engine.  Sounded great but was gutless.  Great drive though.

Good shout on the S2000 though.  one of my favourite cars

The 240 sport is a sensational car. Prices have dropped in the last few months or so. It is the lightened version. The v6 offers 250 bhp standard. But the 240 is miles ahead in terms of performance. 0-60 is in the mid 5 seconds! Handles great...believe me, you will be surprised at how well it actually handles. It's super sporty, looks great and goes like lightening! It's a rare car as well...make you stand out from the regular crowd and will retain its value somewhat. You will not regret buying one of these! MPG is around 22-30. Depends how you drive it. Sensational car. And no...I dont work for audi! lol. It is just a great car..
