RNS 510 "No Route Recommendations for this Destination"

Hi.

I just bought a RNS 510 C with led sceen,and I+m very pleased with it.
I did the firmware upgrade to 2760 following the instruction,maps version 7333 V7.
I do have one problem which cant figure out by myself,trying to make a route for Lisbon,Portugal a message comes up saying No Route Recommendations for this Destination).I can make route to Paris,France and other cities but not f.ex. Lisbon,Madrid.
I checked the the maps in system and its correct as well as firmware.
Somebody know whats wrong with it?

Check your route exclusions, you might have told it to avoid toll roads or tunnels or something that means it cant find a route, try turning all the exclusions off and see if can then plot a route, there is also the option to exclude roads make sure that you havent excluded the only road it can to cross a border.
