gtd dampers and springs

does anybody know if the dampers and springs of a gtd are stiffer/lower/uprated over the standard 2.0tdi sport ones?

Think it was 15mm although not 100% sure?!

Correct! GTTDI GTI/ED30 and R32 15mm lower than standard golf :happy2:

I think the GTI/ED30 R32 look a little lower due to the side skirts and deeper rear valance.

Think it was a expensive up grade when new,I will ave to dig my invoice out when I bought the car but am sure it was £1200

My girl friend  bought me the car as a Xmas pressi and she spec the car with all the latest  up grades available at the time,one of which was the sports suspension that was lower than standard

Thats a new one on me mate.

I thought the GTTDI already had the sports suspention as standard and the upgrade was just for standard cars ie 1.9 tdi et ect

I guess not.

When my g/f  bought it the suspension mod was a up grade in 2004
