Full power shifting - DSG 1st-2nd - ESP nonsense!

Ive had this happen to me twice today. Full power shift from 1st to 2nd with the paddles whilst exiting a corner, and as soon as it hits 2nd gear the ESP cuts the engine! 

Im guessing that as it swaps to 2nd, a little burst of torque momentarily spins the wheels. Its a bit annoying tho. 

Anyone else had this before?

Yes, just turn off the ESP, doesn't do it 

it's almost head butting against the steering wheel..

As steve said just switch it off it's the 1st thing I do once I start the engine the car handles wicked without the ESP anyway

Na not yet rich it will be in June at inters tho   and I know can't get enough off that exhaust

I had this just the other day rich was wondering if it was a issue with the DSG felt completely dead before picking back up again! Rather annoying when you need to get a move on.
