That brush should be ok, try the 1:1 solution a couple times, should get rid of the black spots

Would oven pride do any good cause it works wonders getting our oven looking sparkly?Andy
I am not keen on the AG brush as the bristles are very tough.Sometimes a wheel cleaner with a bit of bite is required a lot of folks and forums go when you mention strong wheel cleaners but used properly they are effective and good addition to your kit imo.
