Paint or powder-coat?
« on: March 29, 2011, 06:20:51 pm »
How do?

I've recently got hold of some S3 fronts and to cut the story short I'd ideally like them to tie in with the rears. Anyone thats done the same thing, what have you done? Paint or powder-coated? I'm just a bit weary of the finish, colour match, stripping them back etc etc.

Luke.

If you have to ask why, you'll never understand.

Def powdercoat, worth the money, and won't flake or chip as easily.
If you just paint them then you can expect stone chips to take the finish off quite quickly.
