I wouldn't run timing so high with fuelling so high straight away.
It's no good really anyone telling you what settings to use as each car is different. You really need to get VCDS before doing anything and then log the Following blocks 115 (boost) 114 (N75 duty cycle) 120 (timing correction factor for each cylinder)
This will then tell you wether or not the settings you are applying is safe. Ideally you don't want to see any more than -3 on the correction side. Up to -5 is acceptable if it's only on one cylinder AND very briefly.
But in essence you NEED to have VCDS or you could do some serious damage.
