Bit confused, looking at a torque wrench,
Which type do I need? It's only for taking alloys off really. Wanting a nylon bit too, again, what size?
Cheers!!

Halfords do a Laser 17mm Socket (which is what you need for OEM wheel bolts) which has a plastic coating over.

I have a Teng Tools torque wrench but generally i just use this extendable wheel wrench.

With the arm fully extended i just tighten the nuts with that and thats more than enough to keep them on

you should never use a torque wrench for un-doing bots/nuts
for torque loading the bolts/nuts on wheel re-fit a 1/2 drive would be best but make sure the range it works in is suitable for the required load

I think the car, I bought a breaker bar and a torque wrench, both 1/2 inch drive from the professional range, as well as two of the laser socket extensions (blue sleeve).
Two means you don't have to keep swapping it each time.
