Modifying engine cover for use with intake.
« on: April 03, 2011, 02:50:17 pm »
Hi guys,

I have a big BDM filter on the car at the moment so obviously can't use the standard airbox.

If i upload some pictures, would someone be kind enough to show me where the cuts have to be made? It'd be a huge help

Enjoy the rest of the weekend  :happy2:

Nick

Apologies to mods. I've put it in the wrong section  :ashamed: :chicken:

Assuming the red lines are cuts. Does this look about right?

That's spot on mate. Bit of gluing up after and it should look nice and smart for it.
Do a search as loads of people have done this now. And I know Neilm did a step by step guide.
