Picture of the optional DSG stick shows the magnetic suspension button, could that be standard kit like it is on a rocco GT that would warrant an fairly solid increase in price.

Optional extra on the German site for Adaptive chassis control at 965 euros.
Golf R gone.

Looks like xenons are standard in Germany as there's no option on the konfigurator.

off topic: I looked at the standard GTI on there as well and you can order one in about 30 different colours! There are 3 or 4 different greens.

I think the UK literature also shows xenons as being standard fair on the ED35, with front and rear LED's.

So Bruce KW are making a set of coilovers specifically for DCC?  thats interesting.

5Dr Black GTI, DSG, Leather, Xenons. Retrofitted - Cruise, RNS 510, MFSW, Armrest, Skoda BT, 6cd changer, Monza II's, VW speaker upgrade kit, Lux pack, High-line, new CAN gateway, Polar FIS info display, R32 tinted rear lights, RVC

To Come...NQSBBK, highline CCM.

Yes,
18", Xenon and LED are standard. So the K04 engine is about 1000,-  € in Germany.

 :happy2:

KW will release a completely new coilover which incorporates electronically adjustable
and adaptive dampers that can be switched by a touch on the DCC button. Works with
factory fitted DCC only.

So unfortunately it's > 3000,-- €.   :jumping:  ( 900,-- € DCC + 2200,-- € KW )

Probably better not to spec DCC and go for Ohlins instead, decent ride quality, excellent build and actually save money!

If I went with the ED35 it would wear the Bilstein B16 PSS10's again. I loved them on the ED30.

Went To Wolsey VW today...Salesman stated they would get a demo ed35 in late summer and then orders can be made for deliveries of them around spring/summer 2012....He stated that the Turbo on the ED35 will be the same as the R. He called it a Supercharger !

Wow that salesman knows his product.

Or did he mean a 'super' charger, but omitted the "turb-word"...

No, super charger refers to the price vw expects you to pay for it...

Had an email from the PR agent who's distributing info on the ED35 for VW, the site is now registered to receive copies of the official updates, photo's and videos.

They also confirmed it's official debut will be in Wörthersee.

As soon as I received anything I will get it posted up  :happy2:

Nice one, Steve!

Does that mean that they'll inform you of official news on other Volkswagen cars too?
