How to remove external window seals from mk5 ???????

Hi Guys, greetings 2 u all, Firstly im new on here as i've only just purchased my mk5 golf GT Sport (58). The project im under taking is 'well' a complete colour change as someone b4 me has really upset somebody n considqenly poured paint remove all over the car. YEP every single pannel... Bitch....!!!!!!!

So my question for u guys is how do u remove the external window seal on the doors...?? As the ones on are damaged...

So did you buy the car with the damage or somebody has poured the paint stripper on it when you owned it??

I bought the car alot cheaper like that.. Just had it all flatted down and it is 80%wrapped now in Matt White with a carbon fiber look roof..iT LOOKS GOOD..
