When you first told me what you were going to do with the wheels, I thought that it would make them look really small.

But, now that I've seen the pics, all I can say is wow! They look superb Steve! Looking forward to seeing them in real life at some point!

She needs lowering to maximise the aggressive look of the wheels though, but I know that that's in your long-term plan  :smiley: :smiley:

I think the finish on the wheels look stunning but not sure if they suit the car to be honest but ETTO!

Did you consider a red lip and the front splitter insert in Red, it would match the GTI grill and look awesome !

How about some 10mm spacers now to toughen up the stance? Just a suggestion!


....Would look awful with spacers but not lowered as well (IMO).

looking good mate , when you first asked me about mine i was nt sure the colour would suit a steel grey car BUT  it looks superb mate  :happy2:


 i think the spacers are good , not sure wether to lower mine and get a lsd or order an rs focus !!

Very nice steve, also made enquiry's to do the same, they want £50 a wheel and the car for 3 days to do the job!!!!. would need to find alternative transport for the wife/kids :sad: :sad:

^^^ Ditton, that's what I got quoted by a local bodyshop for a very basic (wheel face only) paint job, a proper job like A1's will cost a bit more than that  :happy2:
