Gti - Delivery Day 12th April ..... hi all!

Hey guys, have finally taken the plunge and got what i've always wanted, being delivered on tuesday so am very excitied, here he is....



Thanks to Gene Hunt for directing me here, looks like a great resource for Mk5 GTI owners

So lots to think about now, i dont think ive got any major mods planned, window tint maybe, anything anyone else can recommend, also any general tips and advice about the car?!

I too was like you once. Not wanting/needing to do something to the car. That fact that there are so many great upgrades available for our cars and how easy they are to apply.
I have gone crazy-ish. lol

hey guys............

im loving it, such a nice drive..... taken it up 1 junction and back on the m5 but thats all so far, was nice to be able use the sliproad to actully build up some speed for a change, instead of crawling onto the motorway..zzzz (wont quote what speed i got up to) :)

im gonna stay away from engine mods as i just dont know enough about the mechanical side of cars, I am keen to increase its loooks, having said that it looks great as it is, so without going over the top is there much i can do?! Tax disc holder? ha...jokes. I like the standard alloys, although could upgrade to 18's?....

any suggestions would b much appreciated!

...my brothers next door neighbour has a gti as well so thought id take a quick snap shot whilst together! (he also has a Ferrari so will try get 1 of the two at some point :)
