radiator removal

hi guys,just noticed a leak on my radiator(mk5 gti)2005..the coolant seems to be running down both sides of the undertray.obviosly the rad has corroded along the bottom seam...
my question is how do i remove it?
is it the full front off?ie bumper intercooler and a/c rad and does the a/c have to be discharged or is there enough flex in the a/c hoses?
