Had a look but not sure of the answer i've got a mdi for the centre arm rest coming which I'll swap for my cd changer can I just unplug the changer and plug the mdi unit into the cable or do I need to swap the cable that powers it ?? Sorry if this is obvious  :stupid:

Thanks. Neal

Cables are different so this will need swapping too.

Cd changer is faulty mate, sorry.  I hope I haven't wasted my money I've got a mfd2 head unit and after looking into it I think the mdi only plugs into the newer rns510 or the older 310 units ?? Can anyone help out or point me in the right direction ??

Cheers. Neal

MDI wont work with the MFD2 as it hasnt got the interface to work with it - needs to be a later generation such as RNS510

If your selling the MDI insert, id be interested - pm me.
