Why is everyone selling their car?!

It seems like everyone is selling their car at the moment, there's going to be noone left on this forum with a gti at this rate!  :sad1:

There were a few reasons i sold mine. Price of fuel, car not getting any younger and needing the belts done soon, 1st baby on the way and the recent cold snap which meant the GTI was stuck in the driveway.

Kept it VW though and got myself a Tiguan sport. :happy2:

My thoughts too!



I think a lot of it is the time of year. When the weather improves (okay it's pee'ing it down outside my house right now but you get the idea!) people get new car and new house syndrome after months of being cooped up indoors. The motor trade always perks up this time of year.
Note how a load of the VAT FREE deals are finishing now on new cars.
