Oh i didn't realise that the £2000 was free !! :notworthy:  :jumping: :jumping:

^^ is spending more money on another car really the answer what with extra insurance and running cost plus the purchase price and depreciation ?

Erh, no, when then £2000 deposit was free money given (Sky TV shares Matured), and £110 a month on Finance is less then running £220 a month for the golf in Super unleaded currently.Free road tax first year then a huge sum of £20 a year for year 2 onwards. £200 fully comp car insurance.... 4 yr finance deal. Car has a 5 yr warranty..
So less wear n tear, less servicing, once a yr rather then twice a year currently with the GTi.

Fuel in the i10 is £80-90 a month on current mileage.. So im no worse off  nor better off

So in the grand scheme of things..................... not really  :P in my situation.

Id rather spend that on getting a Brand new car then end up using it to fill the coffers of the treasury... as much as i love driving the Eddy.... also gets my Curb aiming wife out the car  :signLOL:......................

Must remember to change my forum password if she reads this  :signLOL:

To be fair to MR Saint, he gets to do less miles on his beloved Ed 30. Which is worth a lot and should not be dismissed when factoring the costs.  :happy2:

I think I would have spent my £2000 free money on some Spare alloys (don't have to Pecsy's) and a whole load of V power.

Not to mention the Monthly payments, nor the extra TAX/Ins after the first year.
