Golf GT Sport TDI DPF 170 - Revo Map feedback
« on: May 03, 2011, 07:37:41 pm »

Hey Guys

Just bought an 07/57 Golf GT Sport TDI DPF 170,

Looking at going down the Revo map route, intending to upgrade the Pulleys to Neuspeed Power Pulleys and add Neuspeed P-Flow Induction Kit

Anyone had their 170 Revo mapped?

Anyone done the mods I'm intending to do and had mapped?

Any other mods you can recommend to go alongside the above?

Thoughts/Feeback appreciated

Cheers

Matt

Revo won't touch that engine mate. :sad1:

They wouldn't if I was doing short journeys, stopping and starting all the time, but most of my miles are motorway and was told that shouldn't be an issue in that case

I was also of the understanding that REVO were no longer mapping them due to DPF issues.  I can't see it on the website.

Latest Revo codes have no DPF files, you will need to look elsewhere for your map.

Consider a DPF removal pipe and stage 2 dpf off tuning, we do a few kit options and the gains in MPG alone is worth the initial outlay!
