Removing Pillar B trims

Any ideas how they are removed..Darren did mention remove seal on door and there are 2 screws but not sure which seal

These are the trims

Wind the window down fully, pull the window seal away from the trim that you are replacing. You will see the two screws holding it in place!

It dead easy, i did mine yesterday!

Mine was dented too.....My bike fell off the roof bars!

OP if those are off a 5 door do you have the part numbers to share?  one of mine has a deep mark in it and needs replacing.
