I have to say the RS handles and brakes better than the golf, but the RS has the sh*te ford built quality and poor seating and pedal positioning.

Looks like a shadow chrome? 

Gets a big    from me! 

My first thought was shadow chrome finish. Looks much nicer, the pescaras are a bit dull as standard, this helps
them stand out a bit more.  Going to go for a similar finish on the other halfs mini.

Quality of finish looks very good, but imo, it does look like the wheels need washing, if you know what i mean.

Seeing "Honest opinion please!" I immediately think "Goodee! Here's an opportunity to be over honest and tactless and even sarcastic if given half a chance" The refurb'd alloys do look a shade darker but photography plays lots of tricks with the lighting and you'd have to set up a before and after photo shoot in the same session, same lighting, same angle (using a tripod ideally) to make a real comparison.

As my Throbbin' Red chariot rides on darker than silver alloys, I naturally like the slightly darker look. But I also like the bright silver look as long as not bling.

Got the wheels done by a company called paint Tec in Bury
They are stripped bare then powder coated.Really happy with
The quality of work.Being a car valeter I see some really poor
Refurbes! I Have used these guys before and always been happy with them
I love the noise the RS makes and it looks really menacing
But the plastic in side is the same as the ford connect! That really let's it down
I will keep thinking about it.Thing with the golf is I get in it some days
And think I could do with a change but then other day I think there is nothing
Better!

The refurbished wheels look ace. Fab job. 

They'd look even better on my Mk6.
