need to post some pics up.  Have normal GTi in this colour with the Monza II's

It looks fantastic and the two really go well together.  Only problem is it shows up dirt and marks really easy but once cleaned it looks fab

Thanks!  Just some additional bits to put on my car...can't wait!!!

Bits are... side skirts, front and rear valance, milltek exhaust...

I'm now already pondering if I need should start upgrading engine and suspension mounts... got to minimise engine movement and the dreaded wheels bobbing during extreme drag strip acceleration.

Any suggestions/ideas?

Didn't go for the factory tints.  They only do the rear three windows...besides I got all the windows tinted with a hundred quid to spare in comparison to the factory option - I think it looks better all round.

Only downside was that I had to witness the tinters strip my car from inside to get to the windows... it was a traumatic experience seeing your 1 month old car go through "open heart surgery".

Anyway, tints are 30% (smoke) and Eibach Sportline springs to lower the car...  those springs are one of the best things I ever did...oh yeah...and I got the geometry of the wheels changed as well.

Golfs typically come with the wheels "towing in".  Had the set up changed to push traction to the front wheels and reduce understeer.
