Which Brake Pads do I need...

Hi guys,

Well my front drivers side brake is squeaking, not all the time, just sometimes at low speed!

Thinking about change the pads...

Just wondering, the car is setup with a full R32 front and rear brake setup, how do I go about shopping for pads?!

TBH, the pads do look like theres plenty left in them, but i'm not too keen on the squeak...

Get some copper greese on the back of the pad and that should sort it out

Hmm?! Back of the pads?! As in the side NOT touching the disk?!

^^^ Yep, I am no brake expert but I really wouldn't advise putting copper greese on the pad face in contact with the disc

While looking for pad info I came across this splendid piece of 
  What pads should I be looking at  Standard setup apart from new braided hose kit.  Cheers guys

DS2500 are good but squeal like a pig.

I have a nice second hand set for sale

Copper grease is good but washes off over time and on the R32 pads not much room due to the spring retainers on the pads.

Copper grease will do the job although is not recommended for modern ABS systems as the metallic particles can apparently mess with the ABS sensor/ring in some cases, may be better to use 'Ceratec' or another ceramic based assembly paste specifically designed for brake systems 

I have fairly harsh race pads in my R32 set up and they are absolutely silent, i used some 3M adhesive anti squeal shims cut to shape on the rear of the pads and Ceratec paste on the rear of the pads etc, been great now for 20K miles
