....Thanks for letting me know. I wasn't expecting so many people not turning up without saying so - Even at the last moment would have been good :fighting: Thanks to those who did say they weren't coming  :drinking:

Glad to hear JnH were fine about it - I don't like mucking people about.

Blimey, it initially looked like a monster meet too and with good weather I would have thought the numbers would have stuck! Sorry to hear this.

Annoyingly I didn't get back from Gloucester until 9.30pm - even later than expected. Damn work.
I was in two minds whether to fly by for a swift drink being loca,l but i was pretty knackered as it was an early start too.

I was last minute.com told i was working away all week,so i wouldn't have made it regardless.
i should of said earlier this week i wasn't going to make it but i complete forgot about it.
Deedub was relying on me for his lift hence him not being there  as well.

I think the 3 guys who went had a good evening and so that's what matters most.

These meets are very informal and JnH didn't feel inconvenienced and so it's cool. Numbers are bound to fluctuate   :happy2:

....That's good to hear confirmed again  :drinking: The hassle happens when a restaurant/eaterie has reserved tables for 12 or so and turned down other subsequent bookings because of not enough space.

....We could have a hierarchy of tables whereby you only get to sit at the big table when you have attended the meet a minimum number of times.  :grin:

I don't want to ask why any of you would want to huddle together in a niche  :evilgrin:
