Yeh its a 1993 1.8 16v clio but he's spent nearly 20k on it if not more. Fully rebuilt engine and custon turbo etc. Stand alone fuel management system and ecu. Its clever as with that its progressive boost so it puts the power down quite well. Off the road atm though as it stretched the head bolts so he's having stronger custon ones made up and a solid copper head gasket. Silly money and not worth it on a car like that but it was quicker thank my 06 gsxr 600. a proper quick car
