^^^auto perfection are nice guys but ive had stuff ordered from them since early december , no products , no alternative products i asked for , no refund i ve given up,  wont be using them again , companys that operate like this deserve to go bust imo
i ordered same products from a company in bristol , all were cheaper , and on my door step the next morning

Autoperfection were really good when they started up. Met Jim and Tara and they seemed like good people. Can't believe they would allow things to go downhill like this. Something must be amiss.

They have downsized big time, used to be in a unit, but working from their home now.

Lovely folks though, so not sure what's gone wrong.  It's a lot more competitive now though, lots of people selling detailing products.

Al, I live in Willenhall and have corrected over 50 cars, so I'd be happy to have a look for you and give you a hand.

I know. I went round to their place about 2-3 years ago. Despite their home being full of boxes and stuff they were still doing well for a year or so.

they are nice guys , i met them when they detailed my s3 , i ordered bits and bobs ever since but delivery started taking longer and longer untill just never turned up , they e mailed me end of jan to appoligize and said will refund straight away but never did i ve emailed , messaged and tried ringing but no response , i given up dont want my money back , if i see them at a show in summer ill help my self !!!
