Honestly, for me, I wouldn't be happy without dental records, DNA, fingerprint and retinal scan confirmations that it was him.

Either way, the question is what happens next. Will this cause an uprising, meaning that Al-Qaeda go on an all-out war and kill themselves, taking thousands of innocent people with them? Or will they fizzle and die out without someone to unite and lead them? Will there be multiple factions claiming leadership? Will a new leader rise up and lead them?

It will just be business as usual for them. Ayman Al-Zawahiri will just step up (will have already done so) and carry on as normal. Don't expect anything within the next few weeks from Al-Qaeda. Splinter groups and affiliates may do so but they will sit and plan what to do next.
