Hmmm, im not convinced - might have a look to see what a 3 door looks like.
Not keen on the long nose, seems like an evolution of mk5/6 rather than a new design!

Where Napoleons armies marched with horse and musket and Hitlers Reich crumbled in blood and rubble, the warriors of Armageddon do battle against the landscape of hell now indeed thrive the ARMOURERS

Yep more of a face lift mk6 I'd say too.

I think the consensus was that it was a mock-up by auto-express rather than the genuine thing.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

That would explain it's similarity with the 6. Thanks for putting me right.  :happy2:

Any news on a ED35 ?  Haven't heard a thing and it is 35 years next year.......... I was going to buy a MK6 but they were way too much cash in comparison to my 2007 16000miles ED30 for £14k.......Same spec , same garage a 2009 White GTI was £24000 and it had 22000 miles. I've had 5 Golfs and wish i had never got rid of any of them. They are too expensive now.....don't you think?

All new cars are expensive now, Just look at the list price of some other cars. Hell you can pay £28K for a diesel astra.
Second hand they can ask whatever they want, does not mean they will get it. Then again the country is full of idiots.

35-anniversary edition expect news end of June.

I'm really looking forward to hearing some info on a possible edition 35, however, I know it's going to be golf R money or thereabouts which unfortunatly will put it way out of reach for me.  :sad1:
