I have had Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric for 3 years and ~ 20k miles. I used them on the road and on the track (about 400 miles on the track).+ good grip in the dry (PS3 have even better grip)+ awesome grip in the wet (no. 1).+ long lasting- a bit noisy- not fuel efficientIf you take the reinforced side wall you will loose points at comfort but gain some more stability.I am really pleased with these tires and I will replace them with the same tires when it's time (now they have 5mm of thread remaining).

I run Pirelli P Zero's on my Pirelli edition golf (the car has been mapped) and the grip and wear is excellent. I cannot spin the wheels in 3rd or above in the dry. Never drive it hard in the lower gears but anyone can spin the front tyres in any fwd car in 1st and 2nd irrespective of the power. I will happily replace with the same tyres again
