TBH, im unsure as to what Boost runs on stage 2..

I dont have a boost gauge, nor do i know how to check on vcds, even though i have a Micro Can VCDS :ashamed:

Go and do some logs. Measure Actual versus Requested Boost and Ambient pressure.

There has been load written on here about how to do them even Ross Tech tell you how.

thats similar to what mine was doing with regards to boost.  creates a very erratic power delivery.  Stage 1 was good if a little underpowered, stage 2 was really bad.  stage 2+ improved on stage 2 by quite alot but was still lacking in the delivery and outright power.

Quite a few guys had issues with bluefin on the K03 TFSI when they went to stage 2, a good 4 of us on briskoda ended up changing tuner eventually which slved the issue.

Not sure why it is, the map on the Ed30 K04 GTI seems to be really good, but the K03 is really pants.  I took logs and all sorts of mine and was sendin them to superchips to get the map adjusted.

The deal breaker for me was when i mentioned the guys with other remaps were easily getting 300lbft, yet mine  at stage 2+ was only managing about 270lbft, theyre response was anything getting over 300lbft is at  risk of snapping the camshafts.  They lost me at that point

Ive managed to do some succesfully, but need someone to have a browse over...Anyone??

Timing on a couple of occasions and Fuel rail pressure might be an issue.

i would post on here but the message box on here is too short to list properly.

Easiest way to put them up on here is,
Open it up log in excel, format the page until it fits the screen. Press the printscreen button on keyboard. Open up 'paint' click paste. Then save it as a jpeg, upload it to photobucket etc. Simples :happy2:
Personally I thought stage 2 was better than stage 1, but I thought all 3 Superchips maps felt too flat until the revs got high up, was all or nothing compared to all the other maps I had.

I think the maps asking for too much fuel pressure which my standard pump cant deliver.
The timings being retarded because of it..

its -6.8 at its worst.. timing retards because the stock fuel pump cant supply what the maps asking. i will post logs to you via email, if you have an email address to you can see them clearly rather then out of sync on here if you like?
