From what I read the skin had been cut out leaving the supports and a new carbon skin had been made and fitted in :happy2: basically like the M3 CSL.

From what I can understand the carbon has been made with the roof mould and is very thin and it has been overlayed on the original roof but not without some modification.  Lomax described the whole thing in the PVW feature.
