Usually there are lots of tests regarding tires. It all depends who you trust... Be sure that a lot of companies pay for these tests only to make sure their tires are number one (not saying that this the case in your link).
Personally, I trust ADAC (for 2010: http://www.adac.de/infotestrat/tests/reifen/sommerreifen/2010_Sommerreifen_Test_225_45_R17.aspx?ComponentId=29784&SourcePageId=31821) and Auto Motor und Sport reviews.

If you are looking at ADAC, check the marks for the bits that are important to you. Maybe traction is more important to you than wet handling. Maybe it's the vice-versa...
The idea is that we should look at the characteristics that are important to each of us!

A couple more to read. Each review seems to have a "slightly" different view point. The Pirelli P Zero seems to come out well in most tests.

The Russians didn't seem to like the Michelin Pilot Super Sport too much.  But Sport Auto max do!

I had two pairs of GY Asymmetric F1s great in the wet and very progressive in the dry. Much more confidence inspiring in the dry that the Vredestein  Ultrac Sessanta. But the GY were much worse in the snow!! the Vreds weren't too bad at all.

Will have to pop out and check the Vreds tyre pressures and see if they need a little more in.
