I was booking my car into Western VW in Edinburgh today for its service and MOT (got 2 of each free when i bought the car) , I asked the guy to look on the computer to see if the cambelt had been changed at 4 years and he said it hadnt , even though the car has a full VWSH at that garage , so its getting done next week as well , better safe than sorry. I didnt get any service receipts with the car , just the service book. Incidentally they have a GTI Centre up there now and are advertising REVO software , its like a small office with seats clad in the GTI plaid , and theres a leather bound wallet with info on every GTI they have in stock - good idea. It wasnt there in September when I bought mine there. (Fort Kinnaird branch)
