As  Dave mentions I have never heard of a turbo been run in.When I spoke to turbo dynamics bout the excess oil in the exhaust they told me to go for a good hard drive

Well had it back in today for Steve to have a look at and we went out with the scan tool and it threw the boost fault code, mass air flowmeter x 2 messages up so the turbo was backing out and stopping and the car was hesiting all over the place.

Took it back to the garage and got it up on the ramps and immediatly found that the pipe coming from the turbo to the large metal boost pipe was split well and truely in 2.

Steve called TPS and got a replacement for it and then went out again and  :scared: ho my god this car is a beast  just spits the road out behind it and no smoke :signLOL: so pleased now and happy has a larry whoever he is.

simple fixes are great. had a 185hp 2.0 TFSi Leon in last week for a map, dyno tested at 138bhp standard

Diverter valve was split, so revision D fitted, Map installed and datalogged, settings optimised and result was 247bhp, thats a gain between driving in and back out of 109bhp

Glad you got there in the end Darren, coming to the dyno day next month?
