To say i am annoyed is the understatement of the year...........I have mailed the seller stating i will accept another from them but not one in such poor order

I'm assuming that was from Lithuania ect?? It looks like the security seal is broken........I wouldn't touch it or another from him with a barge pole!

Esp for £600!!

Shipped from the UK by a top rated seller with excellent feedback 100%. But checking that they have only been registered since feb 2010 and also that was registered in lithuania............over 400 sales of this stuff though !

Theres a guy over on r32oc that does 'C' LED RNS's for £570.........still too much IMO but a much better bet than this clown??

That's the dude I have speaking to Lee , 3 month warranty with them .

I have just emailed him asking if he can do anything on the price , I wonder if we both ( OP )  order from him by the end of the week he could do something ?

I think you should post it on here just, let's people know who to avoid.

I got 1 from bmwandnaviparts last week based on numerous good reports.

There was a slight Mark on it but he refunded me £30.

Well the seller has offered to collect the damaged/naff one and replace it with another. I have asked for something quite specific , that the case has not been opened or seals broken and made late 2010. We will see what is delivered , i believe at this stage that the seller never actually sees the items they are selling and are shipped from elsewhere. They do not appear to have any control on what i received and are reliant on others to be trustworthy and honest.

Hi Guys, I'm new to VW (well not completely as had an MK2 GTi and a MK4 R32 but a long time ago), can anyone point me at a summery of what versions of the RNS510 work with which model years or when the CAN gateway switchovers occurred? Thanks.
