Electric windows going a bit nuts
« on: May 13, 2011, 12:39:47 pm »
Quite frequently ill pull up at work or on the drive with the window down, pull the button up to have it wind all the way up, it goes up about half an inch and then just drops all the way back down again... or to really wind me up it'll go up again a little bit then drop by a little more then stop.... when i ask it to come up again it just drops straight back down.  My old Leon used to do this on occasion.... seemed to be when it was raining, wasnt sure if anyone had any ideas on this though?

Mine do it so does the mrs's I think it because we push all the way down as a one touch to get it down then pull up to stop it where we want, so then when we pull up it wants to finish its first one touch cycle of going down - If it's the same you will probably notice you then have to keep it pulled for it to go up it wont one touch.

That's what I've put mine down to anyway!

Hope it makes sense?
