Cruise Control Retrofit

Well as I will be no doubt going to USC in August, been tempted to get CC fitted so looking at buying the kit end of next month. Was looking at this one on eBay -

Few questions (Sorry for being a pain lately with all my Q's!)

1) Does this kit include everything?
2) How much would I bet looking at to get this fitted?

Still needs coding once fitted aswell - not just plug and play as I understand it

My local VW dealer was doing it for £140 iirc... that link to ebay looks like it is a dealer selling on ebay as there seems to be alot of them doing that lately
