Hi All
Pipercross filter arrived this morning. In the box was a small bottle of Air Filter Dirt Retention Additive but no instructions.

Just wondering what to do before I get it wrong.

Thanking you all in anticipation.

It's to re-oil the filter after you clean it.

I would assume that it has come from the manufacturer pre-oiled.

Spray it lightly onto the intake air side of the filter, not the side that faces the MAF. Just a light uniform spray and rub it over with your hand afterwards to disperse it into the foam a little.

I swap the top of the spray with one from a paint spray can, gives a better, more uniform coverage
