You know how VAG have the inters..Whats Ford big meet?

Ford RS Owner Club National Day, held in September. Have been to lots of these over the years.

Or

Fast Ford, but not to sure if it's held anymore, used to be a really big one for all the ford owners clubs.  :happy2:

Oh and loving the new ride. Not sure when my five pot will arrive.....
Cheers,

Wayne

I was dragged up around Fords in particular Escorts so i have a soft spot for them. I would have one on my drive anytime.  :happy2: There were some fine examples at the ring this year.  :driver:

Love them in white or green.

I looked at a Blue FRS when selling the Rocco, also looked at a RS500 too.  Test drove the Blue one, and loved it, then I had a look at the TT, and as they say the rest is history.

really nice cars, and going from a Roc R to the FRS test drive, it seemed so much more a drivers car, in the same way the R was better than my Golf Ed.

Enjoy it.

thanks for all your comments guys  :happy2:  and yeah i think i have got a thing for white cars :happy2:

and as for comparison (over the 2 days iv had it)  it attracts a lot more attention, the power delivery is very savage when you hit 4k , the noises are great- pops bangs and whistles, and the rides quite abit stiffer but im getting used to it.

Luckily its not my daily because of the stiff ride, 21 mpg and attention, but its so far so good im really liking it

Do you only strictly deal with white cars Brett?

Looks a meaty dish that, very smart
Does it make the k03 GTI feel like a Korma hatch compared?

Whites the new Black  :signLOL:

cheers Barrat and keep your eye out as the Golf didnt go too far  :happy2:

And yeah pete i suppose you could, but dont get me wrong as the Gti is still a great car.  The RS just feels more performance orientated ie in ride and power delivery, when it hits 4k its off like a stabbed rat  where as my k03 was very smooth

Certainly looks the dogs. This thread is nowhere near complete without a good quality video with great audio though

I've not driven one tbh, but I can imagine it being more explosive and fiery, is that fair to say?
Last few pics look excellent though, it's a masculine car for sure  :happy2:
