update for you guys. Well it's taken a couple of weeks... Many phone calls lots of left messages which seemed to be getting me knowhere... I was contemplating writing to the CEO when this morning I had a call from kwikfit appologising after going over the story one more time they were happy enough to pay for two to be refurbed... However pointed out that all the quotes I had back said they would not be able to match the existing therefore all 4 should be done... After a little negotiation we settled for kwikfit paying for 3 refurbs and I pay the 4th (this was the only wheel that had some slight curbing that I pointed out at the time of getting the tyres). And to make it easier they have agreed to credit the money back direct to my card from the original bill if I call in at the garage (approx £300) so happy enough...

But lesson learnt...

A happy result in the end, but one of those scenarios you never want to happen in the first place  :sad1:

I had to moan like fook yesterday to the powdercoating place regarding my white monza II's, but they are getting fully re-done for free in a couple of weeks woohoo

Sometimes you get the feeling they think if they avoid the issue for long enough you'll get bored and give up... Persistance...

Hope they sort out your whites mate...

Funny you say that dude, because I've been busy last few weeks didn't have chance to go into the powdercoat place.
So yesterday when I managed to go in for a quick visit the guy seemed surprised to see me lol it was because I hadn't called him or came in he thought I had them repaired somewhere else & I kindly reminded him that he was supposed to phone me lol but it must have slipped his mind  :stupid:
My reply:
"Why would I take it anywhere else and pay for your mistake, when I'm going to be bringing it back here for you to sort your mistake for free"

Sometimes you do just want to give up and save yourself the hassle or moaning or appearing to be a nuisance because of little things but we have fight on lol
