His name is on his profile email.

Did you pay with Paypal?

Yeah, but as normal when buying parts I'd say most people do the same they buy them as gifts and pay the fee themselves so you cannot claim back...

 :surprised:

I know his name craig heslington from his email...
He lives in Solihull

so really need to narrow it down a little further now...

I know its too late, but, I always pay not using gift.

There is a calculator online to work out the fee.

If the seller says no, no deal.

I got tucked up on dubforce once the first and last time.

Not being funny but is the amount in question worth getting 'the boys' round for?

If he calls the police your in big trouble.

Maybe right it off as a bad experience and pay not using gift in the future.

Just trying the voice of reason before ending up in the cells.

Yes it is worth it... the lads will be there... as if he wants to be funny about it they will remove the part from his car...

If he calls the police it will be good to watch also. He has "STOLEN" my money as he has not supplied the goods. all of which I can provide evidence to....

The POWER of the internet! Brilliant guys!!

Be careful...just dont threaten the guy too much, there may be a reasonable excuse, stay calm and you will get your parts or your money without incident.

I cannot wait though to see how this turns out.... As a rule I trust people on here, most people dont want their reputation tarnished for the sake of a few quid, good luck mate.

exactly... I have a phone number now also to try first... then if no joy I'll give him a few days... then a visit... He'll only have to deal with me, which could have been avoided...

As long as he is upfront, there will be no issues...

I would seriously consider removing this thread as it could be used in court against you as evidence if things turn out bad.

He only has to read this to know your coming round and call the police first and because you have intent taking the boys round your in trouble not him.

He will claim self defence.

THESE THINGS ALWAYS TURN OUT BAD!

Yeah never good to say stuff like that online,
asking who he is etc is fine but not the "taking the boys round part"

Keep the main stuff so other members are warned about him but delete the going round bits etc comments  :happy2:

Why...

Not once have I said it would result in Violence, all I have said is that I will be making a house call to claim my money back which he has stolen or the parts he owes me. Simple.

The lads in the car are there for insurance purposes... as who knows this guy could be a heavyweight boxer??? So if things got out of hands at least my back is covered 100 miles away from home...

I hope he does come on here... least then I might get some kind of response... as the 10+ mails I've sent him certainly haven't!!!
